What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain modern web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

• Architect robust backend services and create dynamic, responsive front-end experiences.

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product teams, and other engineers to ship features quickly.

• Optimize performance, security, and scalability of web applications.

• Mentor junior developers and lead by example in best coding practices.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of professional experience in MERN stack development.

• Solid understanding of JavaScript, ES6+, and modern development workflows (Git, CI/CD).

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, authentication flows, and third-party integrations.

• Experience with cloud services like AWS, GCP, or Azure is a bonus.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

• Excellent communication in English (written and verbal).
